On January the 17th, the federal state of Lower Austria was awarding prizes to outstanding innovative projects made in Lower Austria. This year, 10 projects from research institutions and 25 projects from companies were nominated in five categories.
SoniControl, as well as four other research projects from St. Pölten UAS, were presented and received a recognition award. “The fact that so many of our projects were successful shows that our research is cutting-edge and meets the highest standards. Congratulations to all our researchers”, says St. Pölten UAS Executive Director Gabriela Fernandes.
This event was also a good opportunity to present our project to innovative companies during the exhibition time and networking evening.
The awards are organised by the Technology and Innovation Partners (TIP), the joint innovation service of the federal state and the Lower Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, and supported by EVN and Raiffeisen Landesbank Lower Austria/Vienna.
Petra Bohuslav, Lower Austrian Minister of Economy, and Sonja Zwazl, president of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce, were awarding the prizes this year.
